These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.boundlesscourage.com (the "Website") and all coaching programs, workshops, webinars, memberships, digital products, downloads, and related services (collectively, the "Services") offered by Boundless Courage, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Educational Purpose

Our Services are provided solely for educational, informational, and personal development purposes. They are not therapy, counseling, legal, medical, financial, tax, or mental health services.

3. Coaching Relationship

Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support personal growth. You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. No fiduciary, therapist-client, attorney-client, or other professional relationship is created.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Every client is different. We make no guarantees regarding personal, professional, financial, emotional, or business outcomes. Testimonials represent individual experiences and are not promises of future results.

5. Account Registration

You agree that all information you provide is accurate and current and that you will protect any login credentials associated with your account.

6. Payments

Fees are due as described on the applicable sales page or agreement. Payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases and approved payment plans.

7. Payment Plans and Failed Payments

If you enroll in a payment plan, you remain responsible for the full purchase price. We may suspend access to Services if payments become delinquent. You are responsible for any collection costs and reasonable attorneys' fees permitted by law.

8. Refund Policy

Refund terms are stated on the applicable sales page or enrollment agreement. Unless expressly stated otherwise, digital products, downloadable materials, and completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.

9. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled through Calendly. Coaching sessions conducted through Zoom may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be forfeited unless otherwise stated in your coaching agreement.

10. Confidentiality

We will make reasonable efforts to keep information shared during coaching confidential, subject to applicable law. Group coaching participants agree to respect the privacy of other participants. We cannot guarantee the conduct of third parties.

11. Intellectual Property

All Website content and program materials, including text, videos, graphics, worksheets, frameworks, exercises, trademarks, logos, and downloads, are owned by Boundless Courage, LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, record, distribute, teach, license, sell, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

12. User Conduct

You agree not to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, harass others, introduce malicious code, scrape Website content, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, or interfere with Website operations.

13. Testimonials

If you voluntarily submit testimonials, reviews, photographs, or success stories, you grant us permission to use them for marketing purposes. We will not disclose confidential coaching information without your consent.

14. Artificial Intelligence

We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with administrative tasks, drafting content, or improving operations. AI tools are not used to replace professional judgment, and reasonable safeguards are taken to protect confidential information.

15. Third-Party Services

Our Website integrates with third-party providers including Stripe, Calendly, Zoom, and Google Analytics. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

16. SMS/Text Messaging

If you choose to opt in to receive text messages from Boundless Courage, LLC, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS messages related to our Services.These messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders

• Coaching session reminders

• Workshop and webinar notifications

• Registration confirmations

• Account updates

• Customer support communications

• Announcements about new coaching programs, workshops, products, and events

• Promotional offers and special announcements

Message frequency varies based on your participation in our Services and your communication preferences.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no additional messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
